In this series, we will delve deeply into the various components that make up each individual, providing an opportunity for release, construction, and the creation of inner voices longing to be revealed. Liz, as a keeper of the path, establishes a framework for anyone who wishes to explore themselves and grow. She is open to sharing and questions, aiming to provide responses to those who purchase the courses.

It is important to understand that the process is personal, and the responsibility for healing lies with the individual. The answers to our lives are within us and not in anyone else. Each person can heal themselves, and the guidance is meant to lay a framework for the journey. Here, learning occurs from the ground up—the body learns, not the intellect. Change begins when we clear the pain from the body, allowing consciousness to develop and flourish.

During the sessions, we will engage in working with the body, which holds memories from the past that can impede changes in the present. A person may understand that anger does not serve them, yet still find themselves reacting with anger. This happens because we learn something only when the body experiences it, rather than through the intellectual understanding alone.

Watching the episodes in the recommended order is an important part of the process, as the journey is just as significant as the destination. Everyone is invited to be part of a transformative family, in a space where feelings can be expressed, questions can be asked, and self-reflection can occur throughout the journey.

The first can choose who they wish to be, while the second reacts automatically to the various stimuli around them .In this session, we will learn to recognize the flow of breath in our bodies and gain tools to maintain awareness and connection to it throughout the day. Let’s explore together the essence of breath, the power it carries, and the ways it can improve our quality of life, connect us to the present moment, and fill us with vital energy.

In this exploration, we will embark on a journey into the depths of our relationship with the feelings that nourish our bodies. We will begin to recognize that feelings are sacred messengers, guiding us toward a deeper understanding of ourselves. Some feelings bring comfort and joy, while others evoke discomfort. yet, all carry wisdom if we choose to listen to them. During the session, we will learn to sit with our feelings without judgment, observing them as they rise and fall like waves in the ocean of our lives. As we deepen our awareness, we will open the door to healing, release, and greater internal balance. This exploration invites us to honor the language of our bodies and embrace feelings as an integral part of our journey toward inner wholeness. We will approach the process of understanding and listening, discovering how each feeling can serve as a teacher and guide us on the path to healing and empowerment. In this session, we will invite the spirit to support us as we delve into the depths of our relationship with internal emotions, particularly with the guilt that often criticizes us. We will learn to recognize these feelings as sacred teachers, messengers of the soul, guiding us toward a deeper path of healing. Sometimes, guilt acts like a forged spirit that stops us, drains our energy, and blocks the natural flow of healing. Here, we will turn our gaze inward and examine how to release this heavy emotion and transform it into a tool that nourishes our spirit. With each breath, we will learn to listen to what guilt asks us to see, filling its space with love and blessings. We will explore the connection between guilt and our attentiveness to ourselves. How did we transform from authentic, pure beings into anxious individuals full of criticism? The more shame we carry, the further we drift from our heart and the inner peace from which our life force arises. Liz invites us to a root-level exploration of shame. She opens a doorway to this heavy energy, allowing us to look with fresh eyes at how it exists in our bodies, clinging to our bones and hiding in our tissues. Shame is not just a fleeting feeling; it is an emotional presence calling us to acknowledge it, work with it, and release its hold on our lives. We will ask ourselves: What does it mean to be abundant? Is abundance limited only to money, or does it have additional dimensions—such as love, health, and self-fulfillment? We will explore our belief systems about money and understand how these have shaped the way we experience ourselves and our world. We will observe how our interactions with money influence our energy. Do we see money as a source of freedom and opportunity, or as a source of worry and stress? We will also examine the connection between our consciousness of abundance and the experiences we went through in childhood—how the values and beliefs formed at home impact our current approach. In this deep exploration, we will dive into our relationship with giving, where giving appears not only as an act of kindness but also as a protective mechanism that soothes the mind. During this journey, we will uncover how we often engage in self-neglect through giving, how it can serve as a shield against pain or as a means to connect with others, and also as a bridge to a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Being a person who knows how to give means being someone who understands the essence of love. When we connect with the place where we want to give, we are, in fact, in sync with the flow of life itself, which may bring a sense of fulfillment and purpose.

In this episode, we will reflect on how our giving practices may stem from deep, sometimes unconscious needs that drive us to protect ourselves or seek fulfillment through connections with others. We will explore questions like: What motivates us to give? Is it out of a genuine desire to contribute, or are there fears or insecurities that propel us to act this way? Do we give out of true love, or out of a desire for approval and recognition?

Throughout the session, we will share and examine the motives that drive us, exploring how we can develop a deeper understanding of the connection between giving to ourselves and to others. We will recognize that the feeling of giving can also be a source of healing if we learn to discern between giving that nourishes us and giving that drains us.

We will share our experiences and discover ways to establish healthy and balanced giving that connects us to a life of love, abundance, and mutual understanding. Join us on this journey as we open our hearts and find a way to make giving a central value in our lives—not just a response to fears or pain.
