In the course chapters, we will explore the impact of the external world and Western culture on our limiting beliefs, and open doors to self-discovery, creating new possibilities, building inner authority, and fostering mental resilience.

Her father and maternal grandmother were born in Iran, and the sounds of Persian culture were present in her childhood home. Liz was born in Israel and, in recent years, has become a digital nomad. Today, she discovers her love for singing and Tai Chi.
