The Secret Code to Enter the Garden of Eden
Within lies a golden box, cradling your soul, a precious gift received on your birthday, yet the price was your freedom, hidden deep within reality. The name, the language, the origin, the family, the surroundings, the career, the travels, the possessions, the events, the anger, the criticism, the pressure, the desires, the outer appearance, and many more—all conceal a single, beautiful question: Who will you become if all of these disappear?
The guardian of the box is Fear, binding you in relentless action, with a result whose distance remains unknown.
In the Garden of Eden, serenity and tranquility reign. Endless giving births infinite love. Some say that God dwells within relationships.
The meaning hidden within the Hebrew language—what magic lies in the word “system”? Within the word “system,” the essence of value is concealed.
What connects people in these relationships are values. What is your value system? This is a marvelous beginning to your self-discovery.

The Journey to Discover Your Inner Values and Their Reflection in Relationships
Purpose: To uncover your core values, understand how they guide your path, and explore their impact on the relationships in your life.
Step 1: Discovery of Values
- Writing Down Values:
- In the depths of your quiet space, write down the values that illuminate your soul. Bow before each value that draws you in, and inscribe it on paper. Feel the flow of values like Trust, Freedom, Love, Compassion, Creativity, Balance, Abundance, Honesty, Meaning, Health, Equality, and Security.
- Arranging Values:
- Feel the movement of each value and organize them in order. Which value shines brightest at the center of your heart? Which less so? Remain in mindful observation until the order becomes clear.
Step 2: Exploring Values
- Reflective Questions:
- How do these values manifest in your daily life? Seek signs and reflections of these values in your consciousness and actions.
- Are there values that speak to you but do not fully express themselves in your life? Look deep into your heart and explore the reasons. How can you integrate them more naturally and constructively?
- How do your values guide your choices? Wander through your personal stories and see how your values have served as your guide.
- Inner Reflection:
- Take time to write a paragraph or more on what has been revealed to you. How does awareness of your values alter your path or decision-making process?
Step 3: Observing Relationships
- Mapping Relationships:
- Make a list of the central relationships in your life – friends, family, colleagues, and more. For each relationship, compare your values with what they represent.
- Questions to Answer:
- Which core values do you feel flow freely in these relationships? How does this affect your connections?
- Are there relationships where you sense a mismatch between your values and those of others? How does this affect your behavior and feelings?
- Attention to Changes:
- How do your values dictate the way you interact with others? Analyze your behavior and ask yourself: Do you feel you express your values authentically with certain people?
- Are there relationships that require change to align with your values? Identify steps you can take to improve alignment or achieve better understanding.
Step 4: Implementation and Change
- Action Plan:
- Choose two values that seek to illuminate your path more. Write down how you can integrate them into your daily life and relationships. Define small steps to make these values a part of your reality.
- If the value of Compassion flows within you, dedicate time each week to extend a hand and help those in need, and observe how this affects your connections.
- Monitoring Changes:
- Set aside time to review your progress. Have the values permeated your daily life and relationships? What has changed in your experience? What still needs clarification?
Conclusion of the Journey:
- Sit with yourself and reflect on the process. Have you discovered new insights about yourself? How does the awareness of your values shed light on your sense of fulfillment and balance? And what is the impact on your relationships?
